This is a game about the dangers of greenwashing in Big Tech. Please read this whole description before you play.

When downloading the game on Mac, it will prompt you to not open the game since the developer is "unfamiliar" so:

1. Click "Cancel"
2. Go to the general page of System Preferences -> Security & Privacy and click "Open Anyways"

On Windows, you'll need to extract the downloaded zip file and then run EcoIllusions.exe, which can be found in the extracted folder. Windows Defender might block it - you may get a pop-up window saying "Windows protected your PC". If this happens, you'll need to click on "More info" and then a "Run anyway" button should appear next to "Don't run". Click on "Run anyway".
